Rosie combines thoughtfully melodic classical guitar with heated rock riffs, creating the perfect backdrop to her personal reflective songs about people, places and emotions, sung passionately with purity, warmth and strength.

 

 

Rosie has a colourful musical background beginning with classical/jazz training on alto saxophone, clarinet & piano before an exploration of traditional folk and subsequent self-tuition of guitar, violin & whistles. She began writing songs while still at school, forming the band Fidelyn Roca, and started gigging with the Essex Youth Jazz Orchestra at 15. She then progressed to playing solo in local folk clubs.
